One of my favorite neighborhoods in Northern California... Bonarda is a perfect spot for a light bite before or after strolling into all the shops.
Three tapa plates for $12. Choose a nice glass of red wine and you're all set to relax and watch the neighbors. The monchego cheese and cherry compote was ohh-so-good along with the goat cheese stuffed red peppers. The highlight was the arugula and pear salad -- crisp and full of sweet and savory flavors.
I didn't have a chance to taste the desserts, but it looks like the bread pudding is heaven on a plate. Next time for sure.
